The Configure menu contains these sections:
MANAGE DICTIONARY
Basic settings
Change the dictionary, name, description and the main dictionary language.
Entry structure
Select or create elements which the dictionary entries can or should contain. more»
Users
Select Lexonomy users who can edit the dictionary and, if the dictionary is not public, also users who can view the dictionary.
PUBLISHING
This menu sets the parameters for publishing the dictionary in Lexonomy. These parameters do not affect your raw dictionary data. They are valid when viewing the dictionary in Lexonomy only.
Publish
Change the dictionary status to published. This will make the dictionary visible (but not editable) for everyone via the selected URL.
Formatting
Choose the fonts, colours, sizes, bullets and layout for publishing the dictionary in Lexonomy. These settings are valid when viewing the dictionary in Lexonomy only. more»
Headword list
These settings control what elements are displayed in the headword list displayed on the left of the screen. more»
Searching
These settings control which elements are searched when the reader users the search function. By default, only the headword is included in the search. Include more elements for fulltext search. more»
Change URL
By default, the dictionary will be published on an automatically generated url. Use this menu to edit the url.
